What is your return and refund policy?

Although at Lauri Sigma we make every effort to offer the highest quality of goods, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding purchase.
Returns are only accepted on unopened/unused products in original packaging purchased on our website https://laurisigma.co.uk/ and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us at info@laurisigma.co.uk for returns instructions.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.
